The study is on the design of a five-floor building with basement in the settlement Evgenia at Keratsini. The narrowness of the land (159m2) and the need to differentiate the building from an indifferent developing environment determined our choices.

At the building, although we use the entire construction and cover limits of the land, creating equal independent apartments, at the same time we strive to remove the strict standardization arising. The corner of the land is released, as the volume of the building recedes significantly mainly to create vital open space for each house, secondly to highlight different sections of the building.

The balconies are joined to an external beams & columns complex, forming a second level of facades organization, which adds anaglyph and shadows to the building.
