In the study for the new Messolonghi Town Hall, the main idea was to create an open concept building, the implementation of an internal walkway, through-and flexible as to the operation, a continuation of the city into the building in the form of road, which is mutated in space movement, posture, waiting.

The road unifies functions while differentiating the volumes of individual modules and activities. The organisation and design of the building must be proportionate to the intended purpose: to serve its citizens, to allow easy reading functions, create pleasant, comfortable and familiar spaces both for workers and for the visitors, as well as to enables deployment depending on the future needs of municipal services.
